If you purchase any course and are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies to all our courses and packages.

• • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

30-Day Refund Window

Beyond the initial 7-day period, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

• • You have accessed less than 30% of the course material
• • You provide a valid reason for the refund
• • You have not received mentor feedback or evaluation

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• • Courses accessed for more than 30 days
• • Mentor feedback and evaluation services once provided
• • Test series after attempting 50% or more tests
• • Discounted or promotional offers (unless otherwise specified)

Once a refund is requested and approved, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. Please download any important materials before requesting a refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered for bundled courses or multiple purchases on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for more information.

Changes and Cancellations by QUALIFY IAS

We reserve the right to modify or cancel courses if circumstances require it (such as instructor unavailability). In such cases, students will be offered:
