By enrolling in any course, programme, mentorship, or test series offered by QUALIFY IAS, the student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The student confirms that the decision to enrol in the course has been made voluntarily, at their own discretion, and without any undue influence, coercion, or pressure from the Institute or any third party.
The student agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, policies, academic guidelines, and instructions issued by QUALIFY IAS from time to time.
Any form of misconduct, misbehaviour, harassment, intimidation, disruption, or inappropriate behaviour towards the management, faculty, staff, or fellow students will be dealt with strictly. Depending on the seriousness of the matter, the Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate the student's enrollment without refund.
Course access, study materials, books, notes, test papers, recordings (where applicable), login credentials, and other resources provided by QUALIFY IAS are intended solely for the enrolled student. Students shall not share, reproduce, distribute, upload, sell, or otherwise provide such resources to any third party without prior written permission from QUALIFY IAS.
Once enrollment and payment have been completed, the fees paid towards the course are non-refundable, subject to any applicable rights or requirements under law.
QUALIFY IAS reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or rearrange classes, tests, sessions, faculty schedules, or other academic activities when necessary, taking into consideration administrative requirements, faculty availability, academic considerations, or student convenience. The Institute will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.
Students are expected to maintain the dignity, privacy, and personal boundaries of faculty, staff, management, and fellow students. Any unauthorised recording, photographing, sharing of private conversations, or dissemination of personal information without consent is prohibited.
QUALIFY IAS reserves the right to publish and use the names, ranks, examination results, photographs, testimonials, and other publicly available information relating to the success of its students for legitimate academic, promotional, and institutional purposes, subject to applicable law and any required consent.
By enrolling in a course, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them throughout their association with QUALIFY IAS.
By accessing and using QUALIFY IAS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
